Finance Department
The Finance Department of the City of Scotts Valley maintains the financial records of the City, collects and invests City revenues, processes accounts payable and payroll checks, maintains the City’s computer network system, prepares the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report, and assists the City Manager in the preparation of the City’s annual budget. The Director of Finance acts as the City Treasurer as well as the Finance Officer for the Scotts Valley Redevelopment Agency.
